Here is the new range of high quality extractors, developed specifically for the professional industry.
Entirely produced in Italy.
The models of this new range of extractors are supplied with stainless steel drum, particularly sturdy and capacious, with a very attractive design.
They are all mounted on wheeled base and removable collection bin.
They feature a manual filter cleaning system and on demand, certain models may be produced with compressed air cleaning systems.
A wide range of customisable models are available, to meet the customers’ various needs and applications.
Specifically, we would like to introduce 3 types of products: DE 200, DE 300 and DE 700.
DE models are top of the range, equipped with 2 or 3 three-stage motors, or with turbine. This line of extractors is able of producing unrivalled capacity and head, hence suited to vacuum a number of materials, including heavy powders, and heavy-duty and continuous use.
DE extractors are fitted with the latest motors, with high performance and extremely low noise levels.
Some of these machines may be produced to comply ATEX regulations, suited to operating in explosive environments and with explosive dust.

All our motors and machines are manufactured entirely in Italy, with top quality Italian or European components. They are highly reliable machines.

Vertical extractor with two or three single-phase, two-stage motors.
Steel head (150) with vacuum gauge to view filter clogging.
Side filter shaker. Cost-effective industrial machine fitted with dirt collecting drum detachable from the machine frame by means of tilting lever. It may be used in different applications for general cleaning.
Fitted with trolley and accessory basket.
The central suction nozzle is made of cast aluminum.
They are available, as an option, two different accessory kits, standard and antistatic.
Three-motor extractor with automatic filter cleaning during operation
Three-motor extractor, each fitted with its own independent filter. The machine automatically and cyclically operates with two motors in extraction and one in standby.
Filter operation
While the motor is in standby, its filter performs a cleaning cycle. The motors’ operation cycle ensures the filters are cleaned in turns, allowing the extractor to operate continuously, with vacuum power unchanged.

The extractors include the Polyester cartridge (DE 150 3Flow) and the star filter (DE 150 S).

Vertical extractor with three single-phase, two or three-stage motors, steel head with vacuum gauge to view filter clogging, suited to extracting dust and for non-continuing use.
To vacuum liquids a special kit is required, consisting of float and conveyor cone. Ideal for machine shops, tovacuum scraps and emulsive oil, powders in general, except combustible ones or acid substances.
Rod filter shaker located on the head for manual use, easy to use, excellent cleaning.
Wheeled base, removable collecting bin with wheels and brake to assure excellent stability and manoeuvrability.
The parts that make up model DE 200 such as the motor, filter and drum are in electromagnetic continuity for perfect dispersion of electrostatic charges.

This is a vertical powder and liquid extractor with three-phase turbine, particularly cost-effective, compact-sized therefore ideal to vacuum small spaces.
The drum is in 1 mm thick stainless steel with side filter shaker. For filter cleaning, a very handy manual side filter shaker is available.
This extractor is especially recommended for those who need to use it continuously, it lends itself to be coupled to a machine tool such as circular saw, spindle moulder, miter saw, band saw and planer.
It is also the ideal machine to be used in the metalworking, textile, ceramic, paper sectors, in the food industry and for centralised extraction systems.
Its versatility consists in being able to vacuum all sorts of materials, except acid liquids.
It is fitted with trolley with accessory basket and a liquid vacuuming kit may be requested.
On demand ATEX Ex II 3D c T125 certification (maximum surface temperature 125°C).
